This policy outlines the conditions under which a user’s account may be suspended or terminated on The Mazad.
Grounds for Termination:

Violation of Terms: Engaging in fraudulent activities, misrepresentation of items, or illegal behavior.

Non-Payment: Failure to pay fees (if applicable) or unresolved disputes.

Abusive Behavior: Harassment, hate speech, or unethical conduct towards other users.

Multiple Complaints: Repeatedly receiving complaints about item authenticity, non-delivery, or misrepresentation.

Inactivity: Prolonged account inactivity (e.g., 12+ months without login or transactions).
Process:

Warning: First-time violations may result in a warning.

Suspension: Repeated violations may lead to temporary suspension.

Termination: Severe or unresolved violations may result in permanent account termination.
Appeal Process:
Users may appeal termination by contacting info@themazad.net within 14 days of termination.
