This policy defines how long sellers must hold items before relisting or refunding if a buyer fails to complete payment.

Policy Details:

  • Buyer’s Commitment: Once a bid/offer is accepted, the buyer must complete payment within 24–48 hours.

  • Seller’s Obligation:

    • The seller must hold the item for the agreed-upon duration (3–5 business days) pending payment.

    • If payment is not received within the timeframe, the seller may relist the item.

  • Extensions: Buyers may request an extension (24 hours) with seller approval.

Penalties for Non-Compliance:

  • Buyers who repeatedly fail to pay may face account restrictions.

  • Sellers who falsely withhold items may receive penalties or suspension.
